As another summer begins, without our country club, which used to open Memorial Day weekend, we are left with ourselves to help forge the sense of community that is now missing from our suburban neighborhood.
At the end of August of 2010, a few neighbors on Pebble Lane got together and put on an end of summer block party for the neighborhood. A few forms and signatures, a few meetings, and some flyers to the neighbors created the opportunity for old and new neighbors to connect for the first time. You can do it too!
