  1. I was so happy to hear that TONH bought the 7.3 acres in Roslyn, It’s great because TONH now has a place to build senior housing. All they need to do is transfer 1.5 acres to the North Hempstead Housing Authority and then the NHHA can re-open the recently locked up Alvin Petrus Park in Port Washington. Its a win win for North Hempstead, Seniors and the kids who lost their park in Port Washington.

    Let’s all congratulate Supervisor Jon Kaiman for figuring out how to house seniors and reopen a park with one purchase of land.
